This section is a summary of the major audit findings in the report which were common to most Government Ministries and Departments. These issues call for urgent attention and action for redress by those charged with the responsibility of governance, in order to improve transparency and accountability in the public sector as required by section 298 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No. 20) Act 2013.
